Apply to vita flex points and/or directly on area of concern. It is suggested that you use this oil for the first time diluted with V-6 Mixing Oil (1-3 drops per ½ - 1 teaspoon of oil). This is to acclimate those with sensitive skin.   Adjust accordingly.

Diffusion is suggested to kill airborne bacteria. Place 10-15 drops in the well of the diffuser and use frequently during any outbreak or  attack.  Diffuse 2 – 4 times daily for 15-30 minutes per session. Times for diffusion and number of applications are up to the individual's discretion.
