How to use : Diffuse, directly inhale, rub over the heart, on neck, temples, etc. May be added to bath with the Bathe Gel Base to disperse the EOs throughout the bath water.   Apply 1-2 drops on edge of ears, wrist, neck and/or temple.  Put 2 drops on a wet cloth and put in clothes dryer.  Put 4-8 drops on a cotton ball and locate on vents.
